Friday Five: Fitness in 2014


Hello Sophisticated Spenders!

Everyone who knows me knows that I love to work out!

I like to encourage all of my readers, to get their workout on!

So, this week I’d like to get all up in your workout business!

1: What’s your current workout schedule
2: Your  amount of time spent working out?
3:  Any eating restrictions (are you vegan or vegetarian)?
4: What’s your monthly gym membership fees?
5: Give us a workout tip!

My turn!

  1. I work our 3-5 times a week. I mix in running, weightlifting and cardio. Right now I don’t have a gym membership so I’m trying to take advantage of guest passes to gyms and the great outdoors.

  2. 1.) I try to do something active everyday! I sometimes hike during lunch (work near a mountain), i love to ride my bike, and I go to the gym
    2) I usually average about an hour
    3:) Clean eating and good quality. I eat fast food about 2-3 times a year
    4) $28
    5) Incorporate walking/exercise into everything that you do.

    1. I LOVE that you only eat fast food about 2-3 times a year. I’ve found that the only times I really eat fast food is when I’m with others (totally never my suggestion)!
