My Crazy Schedule and How I Prepared For It

Hello Sophisticated Spenders!

Check out my crazy schedule this week!

In addition to my full time engineering job, flag football practice and blogging, I will teach 7 classes before heading off to Italy!

How I Prepared for the week:

Trader Joe’s!

I know I will not have the time to cook and I want to save as much money as I can for my trip.

I spent $55 bucks on the following items:

  • flowers (best $3 spent)
  • crab cakes
  • salmon burgers
  • mahi mahi burgers
  • turkey breasts
  • salad
  • brocoli slaw
  • cubed pancetta (Italian style bacon)
  • bottled water
  • coconut water
  • apple sauce
  • apples
  • lemons
  • cucumbers
  • dried mandarins (didn’t like em-too sweet)
  • fig bites (didn’t like those either-didn’t know they were cookies)


I plan on juicing this week and eating EVERYTHING on that list.  Except for the 2 items I did not like.  I will return those for sure!
