What an awesome week!

I was featured on Real Money! Click here to watch a video of my money blunder. I overpaid for a lemon back when my credit was terrible.
I also watched a cool webinar titled: Let’s Find and Analyze A Rental in YOUR Town! I’m a landlord of 3 units and still learned a lot! Brandon from BiggerPockets.com was the host and I had the pleasure of chatting with him at the airport after FINCON 13 (Financial Bloggers Conference). Bigger Pockets is the premier resource on all things real estate. I’ll have to dedicate an entire post to this website. (He also gave me a shout out at the beginning of the webinar.)
I made a cool $57.50 on some junk. There was a community yard sale and I hauled the stuff that I was going to donate to the yard sale. 4 of my neighbors and I reserved a spot and hung out while making a few bucks.
